We market the HMD Pay-for-Performance Wound Program for the tratment of Diabetic and chronic wounds.

The program is available through primary care, specialty care and podiatric clinics.

Formed in June of 2006, the purpose of the company was to design and market an advanced Chronic Wound treatment wound program to the Out-Patient Primary care providers.

Heartland Medical Distribution, LLC sells the scientifically proven and guaranteed HMD "Pay-for-Performance" Wound Program™ .

 

This Program is designed to be a "Drop-In" solution to Provider Clinics and Practices for the treatment of Diabetic and Chronic Wounds.

The Program is comprised of 5 elements and three new scientifically proven technologies that heal Diabetic and Chronic Wounds in a predictable and documentable way. Simple and easy to use, the program is supported by a training program that includes the Patient, the provider, and they payer.

The HMD "Pay-for-Performance Wound Program™ was ready for testing in 2006. In March of 2008 we launched the marketing effort for the program to the out-patient Provider Organizations in Minnesota.
